I went out to hopefully take a Black/ white vs GREY bUILDING video to show how life is GREY ..  IT ALL DEPENDS om the light! Can the light be an OPEN MIND? LIGHT is white .. dark is black devoid of light. OMG can we compare a closed mind to DARKNESS. They think one thing, but NEVER let in the light to SEE more! SEEING FURTHER .. is UNDERSTANDING. UNDERSTANING is the BASIS for compromise. WE can no longer compromise bec WOKE and TRUMPERS (LEFT BRAINs) are stuck in DARKNESS. They really can NOT SEE! Lack of light does not allow anything in to ILLUMINATE a problem! So a CLOSED MIND =DARKNESS. A Mind OPEN to new ideas is LIGHT. Sometimes the closed minds idea is also good but too rigid. Life is NOT light vs Dark, there is dawn and dusk versions of light to dark. LIFE is BOTH black and white NOT either OR!

Ocean City  It Is Memorial DAY for America. This clip is cool but why do we think these BAD for our health things are WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO. Why not strawberries, or roasted pistachios? I have believed since a kid our biggest resource is our HEALTH. We need to take responsibility for BUILDING our body (Like a CAR) so it works great .. in every area. If any area of your car quits working you are in triuvbpe , so you take care of it. Why do we not do the same for our body (car) That should last through all (10 ?) of our cars. Although this belief is my OBSESSION .. why am I in total agreement with the man in the clip?

Because (whether they planned it or not) THEY discovered sugar and wheat which turns to sugar .. makes us want more! In fact they destroy our will power. S and Gluten addict us NOT JUST TO processed food .. but to everything. (link)

Sugar is in EVERYTHING! Even "Green Giant" frozen vegetable company buttered peas. Of course I never checked ingredients! .. it's Green Giant Frozen VEGETABLES CO .. PERIOD! STOP! what an idiot! Even 2 ingredient buttered peas has 6 or 8 ingredients. WE are complete scammed crazy people ..I mean SHEEP. How did we let this happened? Sugar has 56 names! BUT for all my 69!!!! years of ranting starting with COKE, brown "sugar water", is it possible like EVERY invention .. it too was just taken extreme? 

I love the historical "progress" docs of TVO. I was disappointed in the HISTORY channel one about 3 candy companies one begun in PHILA! BUT .. it left a lingering ?idea in my mind. WE HAVE TO CONNECT THINGS .. that is what gives us GENIUS thoughts! Is it possible my BIAS that all Food companies are now evil .. did not let me see ONCE AGAIN little guys want to INVENT something GOOD for people, but then big guys STEAL THE HUMAN GOOD IDEA .. and take it to evil. EXTREME is always evil. 

Did the first "chocolate CANDY makers" just want to bring some joy to poorer families?? Chocolate was a luxury for WEALTH. Poor people could only IMAGINE its luxurious taste. These INVENTORS wanted to make a little taste of that enjoyment for the poor. They packaged little 5 cent pieces. Damn I am old .. they were still 5 cents when I was young! HAH but we were already beginning our SUPER SIZING! There were also 10 cents bars!! in the 50's and even 60's!! 

How did we get to $2.50!! yes in 1974, I was paid $6000 which you then lost half of in taxes. I MEAN 6000$ per YEAR!!  🙈 Ok if we multiply that to 60,000 today that is 10x the pay. By then a bar was prob. 25 cents, so x 10 would be 2.50! I guess it makes sense? But now when they put them on sale it is the EVIL to control our will power. Those who invented the small candy just wanted to bring joy. Like everything in the stupid American CONTROL SYSTEM .. MORE! = MORE PROFIT. Especially when it destroys will power and addicts us to MORE of everything! The well meaning gift of joy for poor people by decreasing self control also made us buy what we did NOT NEED .. and made the banks for sure our evil CONTROLLER. How many of us are in debt to our eyeballs? 

EVERY invention is imagined and created by RIGHT BRAINS who think and investigate and design. new ideas and products. Then the invention is managed and distributed by ACTION minded managers. But these are LEFT brains .. DOERS! .. not DREAMERS! Dreamers or worrier RIGHT brains want GOOD in the world. They CONNECT others knowledge into INTELLIGENCE and better ways! Along come Left brains to make it the biggest new thing. We used to work with people of the opposite brain hemisphere leaning. We used to be balanced Humans. We used to work TOGETHER, inventor (right B) and manager (Left B) for SUCCESS. INVENTIONS are created for GOOD. The MORE Right brain human's focus is on the Life Ledger of "WE/US"!! The more LEFT brain "being" is on "ME!mine, here, now!" Instead of focusing on WE/us, the common and greater good ALL manner of evil has been caused by more LEFT BRAIN CHARACTER PEOPLE. You must read DR Iain Mcgilchrists work. OUR Lives and civilization COLLAPSE are based on NOT PAYING ATTENTION to his work. Throw out what you know about Left/ Right hemisphere. it is wrong. But we have had since 2009 to LISTEN to Mcgilchrist. Imaging the damage now done. Left brains have a single minded focus .. WINNING. the LOSERS do not matter .. they should have worked harder "like me!" Well I probably "worked" harder than anybody and where did it get me. Purely Right brain I wanted to create a better quality of life for us with better health. 

Gluten .. Tam .. "there is a lot More to health than gluten" .. you can thank her! Mcgilchrist discovery AND this ORDER system is thanks to her!

Is it really possible that the first sugar addition to REGULAR convenience food was only .. "Let's give the people joy in all food!" .. ? NO!! IDIOT! THEY said "Hmm .. if they love these choc CANDIES (Sugar added to make SWISS! Choc CHEAPER!) and they love to buy MORE .. why not do that with all kinds of food? Like already cheap POTATOES unlike choc!" When were chips invented. OMG .. so the complete mind explosion 🤯 is seeing how this all fits TOGETHER! SWEET began with WHITMAN in PHILLY (where I go .. the fountain? 🤔 Maybe even their famous BOX gave packaged food the IDEA!!

But the point is I suggest INVENTORS are right brain and just want to create some good for all. Manager Left brain want to create good for THEMSELF! But the back e a vicious circle .. this sugar fried MORE of our brain than will power! it fried our MIND (for THINKING) and our HEART for feeling for OTHERS .. and now our life is far worse. Back in the old days only a few were MINDLESS HEARTLESS Left brain. The toxins of our "progress" fried Right brain wiring that wants to UNDERSTAND. Left brains only understand their BANK ACCOUNT. $$ matter NOT people! This explains EVERYTHING. plus the EXTREME of a well meaning invention will destroy. the IPHONE has almost finished us .. A I is the end of our stupidity of SELFISH EXTREME!

Yes our own ingredient Smoothie beats a Mc burger or other convenience food (56 chemical names for HIDDEN "sugar"). maybe my brain is going so quickly because I have been eating CRAP. I got so into the toxins of lost TRUTH, trust and HOPE  .. thatI forgot to pursue the basic BUILDING of OUR BODY! (Just so you know it seems MIND CONTROL is even more important? Why have I not HAD Arthritis? When I was into gluten INFLAMMATION I could tell exactly when I how bad loss of will power would create pain! % years I have eaten crap .. BUT NO ARTHRITIS! I can only think my focus else0where was so obsessive my body got NO ATTENTION?

She too focus on Cereal .. that our will power is harmed re OBESITY. not as easy as "Just BE RESPONSIBLE!"
