Yes our own ingredient Smoothie beats a Mc burger or other convenience food (56 chemical names for HIDDEN "sugar"). maybe my brain is going so quickly because I have been eating CRAP. I got so into the toxins of lost TRUTH, trust and HOPE .. thatI forgot to pursue the basic BUILDING of OUR BODY! (Just so you know it seems MIND CONTROL is even more important? Why have I not HAD Arthritis? When I was into gluten INFLAMMATION I could tell exactly when I how bad loss of will power would create pain! % years I have eaten crap .. BUT NO ARTHRITIS! I can only think my focus else0where was so obsessive my body got NO ATTENTION?
